TOPS
1. CHEST: Run the meter directly across the widest point of the chest, placing it tight to the body, making sure it is well aligned with the back.
2. WAIST: The waist circumference, between the hip and the back, is measured in an upright position, at the narrowest point, with the abdomen relaxed and breathing normally.
3. HIP: The hip circumference is measured standing at buttock height, at the widest point, keeping the meter horizontal.
