1. CHEST: The chest circumference is measured in an upright position with arms relaxed at your sides and palms facing your thighs. Pass the meter just above the chest and under the armpits.
2. WAIST: The circumference of the waist, between the hip and the back, is measured in an erect position, at the narrowest point, with the abdomen relaxed and breathing normally.
3. HIP: The hip circumference is measured standing at buttock height, at the widest point, keeping the meter horizontal.
